Further information about the 2025 Term Dates

In addition to the 2025 term dates and public holidays, this calendar outlines some key known events at the time of publication. The dates of many other key College events e.g. Musicals, school bands, sporting events, Junior School discos etc will be determined and communicated to staff and parents/carers as early as possible.

Orientation and Individual student meetings

  • Pre-K program orientation: Parents and their children are invited to attend.
  • Kindergarten – Year 6 individual student meetings: Every student will meet his/her teacher to prepare for the coming year of learning. These meetings are scheduled over two days.

Kindergarten commencement in Term 1 – Start time

  • Kindergarten will start lessons from 10:00am on Monday 3 February.

Parent teacher meetings in Term 2: Parents will receive information about how to book meetings in Term 1.

  • Pre-K Parent teacher meetings (by appointment)
    • 3-day program – Tuesday 29 April
    • 2-day program – Friday 2 May
    • Parent teacher meetings for Pre-K students will take place on their usual day for attendance. There will be no Pre-K lessons on those days.
  • Kindergarten – Year 6 Parent teacher meetings (by appointment)
    • All day and evening meetings – Tuesday 29 April
    • Junior School students will not come to school. KT OOSH will be available for Junior School students.
  • Years 7 – 12 Parent teacher meetings (by appointment)
    • All day and evening meetings – Tuesday 29 April (no regular lessons during the day)
    • Evening meetings - Monday 5 May (regular lessons during the day)
    • While there will be no regular lessons for Senior School on Tuesday 29 April, Year 7 – 12 students are encouraged to come with their parent(s) to the meetings.
